RISE Dispensary Opens 19th Pennsylvania Location in Lebanon

In a recent press release, RISE Dispensaries, a cannabis retail chain that is owned by Green Thumb Industries Inc. (Green Thumb), disclosed that the company would be opening their newest location on Friday, October 3, 2025, in Lebanon, Pennsylvania (1). The new retail establishment can be found at 1600 W Cumberland St., Lebanon, Pennsylvania, which is not far from Downtown Lebanon and is off Route 422. With this new location, RISE Dispensaries now has 108 cannabis retail stores in the US, 19 of those businesses are located in Pennsylvania.

At the Lebanon cannabis retail dispensary, consumers will be able to purchase a variety of cannabis products. Some of those items will include Green Thumb’s products. Such as, RYTHM premium flower, full-spectrum vapes and concentrates, Good Green flower, &Shine troches and Doctor Solomon’s topicals (1). RISE Dispensary customers will also be able to utilize online pre-ordering for pick up. The Lebanon location will be open Monday through Saturday from 9am to 8pm and on Sundays will be open from 10am to 6pm.

The RISE Lebanon cannabis dispensary location will be having a grand opening event on Friday, October 3, 2025, beginning at 9am. From the grand opening celebration, event profits will be given to “Making a Difference of Lebanon, PA”, which is a nonprofit organization that focuses on building relationships within the community through services that are offered to individuals, veterans, and families in need (1). During the event, customers will be able to enjoy special promotions and patient deals that will be offered throughout their grand opening weekend, as well as refreshments provided from a local food truck.

RISE Dispensaries Expands to Minnesota

RISE Dispensaries announced in a September 2025 press release, that they were beginning adult-use cannabis sales when the state of Minnesota first began allowing adult-use cannabis sales last week (2). RISE Dispensaries has locations in New Hope, Willmar, Brooklyn Park, Mankato, and Eagan. The establishment celebrated the start of adult-use cannabis sales with a ribbon cutting ceremony an hour before doors opened at 9am. Following the ribbon cutting ceremony, customers were able to enjoy a variety of offerings from RISE Dispensaries, such as special giveaways, music, and food. The company donated the profits from the first day of adult-use cannabis sales to local nonprofit organizations that included Metro Meals on Wheels and Balanced Veterans Network (1).
