Expanding the organizations’ accredited safety and quality certification program, CSQ is adding new standards for cannabis retail, warehousing, and distribution.

In a recent statement made on LinkedIn (1), Cannabis Safety & Quality (CSQ) announced new standards for cannabis retail, warehousing, and distribution. Beginning on July 1, 2025, a public comment period will be underway which will allow regulators, industry stakeholders, and operators to submit feedback on these new standards. The organization formed an accredited safety and quality certification program and these new standards will help grow the program.
"At CSQ we’re continuously improving and expanding our program to cover every aspect of the global supply chain from seed-to-sale, and CSQ Retail and CSQ Warehousing & Distributing get us one step closer to this goal,” said Darwin Millard, Technical Director of CSQ.

Additionally, CSQ has updated the CSQ Dietary Supplement Addendum and that is open for public comment as well.
The commentary period will be open from July 1, 2025 to July 31, 2025. Those wishing to provide feedback can download the CSQ Retail, CSQ Warehousing & Distribution, and/or CSQ Dietary Supplement Addendum Public Comment Package found on the CSQ homepage (1,2) and are able to submit responses using the provided Public Comment Form to info@csqcertification.com.
