“Momentum is clearly building across our network as we accelerate store openings in the second half of this year. Supported by our strong free cash flow profile, we continue to self-fund growth, targeting two to three new locations per month entirely from our own profits. This disciplined approach allows us to expand without relying on external capital while advancing steadily towards our stated goals,” said Raj Grover, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of High Tide (1).

“Just as importantly, we are focused on securing only the best real estate in markets with high growth and high revenue potential. Cities such as Fort McMurray, North York, and Etobicoke remain key to our strategy, and our multiple locations in these areas underscore our conviction in their long-term value. We expect to be announcing additional openings in the weeks and months ahead, right through to year-end,” added Mr. Grover (1).

High Tide Inc. (High Tide) announced in a July 2025 press release (2), that the company has opened a new Canna Cabana retail cannabis location in Drayton, Valley, Alberta.

"We're thrilled to be bringing the Canna Cabana experience to Drayton Valley as we continue to deepen our presence across Alberta. This vibrant, fast-growing community is exactly the kind of market we look for—where demand is rising and Canna Cabana can make an immediate impact. With more exciting locations on the way nationwide, our momentum isn't slowing down anytime soon," said Raj Grover, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of High Tide (2).

"Our explosive growth in Cabana Club and ELITE memberships—now surpassing 2 million and 100,000 respectively—is a direct result of our disciplined expansion into high-value markets. As we rapidly advance toward our goal of 300 Cabanas, I have no doubt that hitting 3 million Cabana Club members is well within our sights. And with the strong year-over-year momentum we're building, we believe ELITE is only beginning to show its true potential," commented Mr. Grover (2).

Back in June 2025, High Tide Inc. opened their 200th Canna Cabana retail cannabis store in Sherwood Park, Alberta (3).

“Our very first Cabana opened its doors in Calgary in October 2018, and six years later, I'm proud to say we're still growing in our home province as we celebrate the opening of our 200th store in Sherwood Park, Alberta,” Raj Grover, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of High Tide, explained (3). “This milestone is a testament to our disciplined and strategic approach to growth, which prioritizes quality over quantity. By focusing on high-traffic, high-potential locations and passing on countless subpar deals, we've avoided the wave of store closures affecting others in the sector and continued to deliver real, sustainable value to our shareholders.”

Grover added (3), “Over the last two years, our growth has been primarily funded by our own cash flow, with the majority of it driven organically. That is something incredibly rare in cannabis retail. We've built what we believe is the best model in the industry, backed by over 1.8 million loyal Cabana Club members who continue to validate our vision.”
