KANHA is getting into the chocolate industry through their first-ever cannabis-infused chocolate edible.
KANHA, an edibles brand who has won various awards in the consumer cannabis space (1), has debuted with their first artisan cannabis-infused chocolate product called “S’mores”. It will begin to be distributed to dispensaries in California in August 2023. In a recent press release the company described their product as, “S'mores embodies the spirit of summer adventure, and like the golden rays of summer sunshine, this delicious chocolate treat is only around for a limited time. S'mores delivers a sweet symphony of fluffy marshmallows, crushed graham crackers and rich velvety chocolate made with cacao beans from small farms in Ecuador, Ghana and Ivory Coast,” (1).
In each package, there are 10 pieces of chocolate which each S’more’s contains 10 mg of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), as well as various aromatic terpenes. KANHA mentions that their S’more’s product is quadruple tested by independent labs where they test the hybrid cannabis oil to “ensure precision dosage and zero pesticides” (1). The S’mores product highlights KANHA’s nanotech which provides complete cannabinoid absorption and fast-acting effects.

The company’s debut into the chocolate industry isn’t just something to celebrate by itself. Their new product corresponds with the 100-year anniversary of S’mores. In the early 1920’s, young campers invented the “graham cracker sandwich” (1). With the summer snack’s popularity, a receipe author to change its name to “s’more”. This is a nickname which means give me “some more”. KANHA’s latest product hopes to inspire good memories and outdoor exploration.
