Containing seven of the most frequently analyzed cannabinoid acids, our cannabinoids acids 7 standard reduces the time, expense, and error associated with in-house preparation of mixed standards from single-compound solutions. The 1000 μg/mL formulation is two to four times more concentrated than other commercially available standards, meaning less volume is required when preparing calibration solutions or fortifying QC samples. Because less volume is needed and more compounds are included, labs have greater flexibility in developing appropriate working standards for the wide range of cannabinoids and sample types encountered in potency testing. In addition to simplifying standard preparation, overall lab efficiency is improved by using Restek’s seven-compound blend because single-component solutions do not have to be sourced, inventoried, and maintained.
