The SVF line can handle moisture and organic solvents while being compact in size. The patented technology applied to them results in a scroll design which works without a tip seal and maintains light contact between the fixed and floating scroll. These pumps apply to applications such as analytical devices, short path distillation, clean rooms, vacuum coaters, and backup for turbo pumps. The flow rates for the SVF line range between 2–100 L/min and the ultimate pressure can go down to 0.005 mbar.
